Does anyone else feel like they are in the parenthood trenches of teaching kindness to your children? I do!
We are participating in the the summer reading program hosted by @storytimebookclub & @hellokristendickson. Each week we focus on a certain subject. There are printable activities you can do together, ideas for crafts, and a wonderful book list to check out! This week's focus is on KINDNESS. Hallelujah! :)
I went to the library last evening, and this morning we read the entire stack of books that I picked up featuring kindness. Yeah, we don't do well at pacing ourselves. :)
I thought I would share some of our new favorites, as well as, some we own in our home library.
If you are looking for a way to teach children certain characteristics, living books are a great way to do it. It can open up so many opportunities for conversation and discussion.
I hope this list can be helpful to you and your family!
